School Improvement Plan

School Improvement Priorities 2024/25

The staff and governors are committed to raising standards of achievement for all the pupils.

 

The focus for our work this year is to:

  1. Further develop Catholic Life of the school with a particular focus on pupil participation.
  2. Ensure an ambitious and coherent curriculum is in place for the EYFS. 
  3. Ensure the EYFS learning environment is appropriately planned for to support the curriculum intent/
  4. Drive improvement within the phonics curriculum with affiliation with the Little Wandle scheme.5
  5. Drive Curriculum improvement to ensure progression of skills across KS1 and 2 and ensure complete coverage of the National curriculum in a meaningful and stimulating way including a focus on Greater Depth writing achievement
  6. Develop Leadership at all levels including SLT, Subject Leadership and Year/Phase Leadership.
  1. Continue to strive to improve well-being of all staff and children 
  2. Ensure that robust Safeguarding procedures are in place and followed by all staff.
