Curriculum Newsletter Year 5 Term 3
In Week 1 of this term we were lucky enough to have the Astrodome visit as part of our science this term where we are learning about the Earth and space. The children thoroughly enjoyed and it was amazing being able to be transported through the galaxy whilst laying on the floor of the hall! 
In DT this term we have been working on recipe development which culminated in making our own pasta sauces. We had been thinking about nutritional value including flavours that the children like. All the children (and staff!) thoroughly enjoyed our morning of cooking, the children were great practicing their cutting skills and enjoyed tasting their recipes when they had cooked them!
This Term's Curriculum Newsletter
We had a fabulous penultimate week of term whether on residential or in school. At PGL children enjoyed a variety of adventurous activities and children at school created some lovely art work!
