This term the children took part in the KCSP Science Day. St John's children joined with other schools to complete a class Science investigation focusing on preventing apples from turning brown. The children experimented with a range of liquids including vinegar, coca cola, water, oil and lemon juice. They discovered that if apples are coated in lemon juice it stops them from turning brown.
