Year 6 Express Event

On Thursday 17 October, parents and carers were invited to come and celebrate our learning across the term- with the topic of ‘Blood heart’.

Pupils performed a liturgical dance that demonstrated both the flow of life-giving blood throughout our bodies alongside the movement of God’s never-ending love in every part of our lives. The dance demonstrated how God’s love and positive energy can be transferred from ourselves to others and linked to our Religious theme this term; The Kingdom of God.

Year 6 then shared their creations with our visitors- looking at art, associated reading and writing alongside scientific investigations across the term. Thank you to all who came, we hope that you enjoyed discovering more about our topic.
