Cross-Country Success!

In September, selected pupils from Year 2, 4 and 6 will be competing against local schools in the Gravesham Schools Cross Country Competition! The event marked the first competition of the academic year and our pupils rose to the challenge with the following triumphs:

Year 1/2 race:
Winners in the team competition .
Kye won the boys race.
Evie finished second in the girls race.
Louisa finished third in the girls race.

Year 3/4 race:
Second in the team competition
Lucy won the girls race.

Year 5/6 race: second in the team competition
Dara finished third in the boys race.

First football match of the year (for years 5/6 ,7 aside vs St Josephs)
the match finished 6 - 2 to St Johns.

Well done to all – all pupils displayed great talent and sportsmanship, and this was a fantastic success, we hope this is a sign of what is to come in future competitions!
