Welcome back after half-term and a quick hop “n” skip and it will be Easter!

As many of you will notice, the school truly is a building site and over the next 2 weeks, various parts of the school will be handed over to us and other bits taken away!  We will constantly update you as best we can, but ask for your continued patience and understanding.

This week we have the MUGA (Multi Use Games Area) and the new top playground given for us to use.  It will be so nice for the children to have space to play again.

Next week we should be allowed to use our new extended Staff Room.  This will be a great relief after 8 months of over 100 staff using our small kitchen and no real area to rest and prepare.

What a few weeks it has been as we commemorate Armistice Day’s Centenary and Diwali.  Now it is full steam ahead towards Christmas.

Thank you to all of you who attended the recent Parent/Teacher consultations.  We had lots and lots of good feedback.  Ultimately, we all want the same – for your child to achieve their best.

The building work continues and, generally, not too disruptive.  However, I can only apologise for last Monday’s fire alarm problems in the top building.  We only knew there was an issue when we arrived at work!
